No major economic reports are scheduled for today, giving traders a respite from this week's heavy data flow.

- Monday, 8:30 a.m. ET: Chicago Fed national activity index.
- Tuesday, 8:58 a.m. ET: "Flash" purchasing managers index.
- Wednesday, 10 a.m. ET: New home sales.
- Thursday, 8:30 a.m. ET: Durable goods, jobless claims.
- Friday, 8:30 a.m. ET: GDP reading for July.
